How do I get a reading?

We have two ways in which you can receive a reading from us at the moment and you can choose to pay via your telephone or by your credit card. All you need to do is dial one of the numbers (on the top / side of the screen) it is as easy as that! Don’t forget, coming soon we have Instant Messenger and Email readings too!

How do I know I am speaking to a real Psychic or Tarot reader?

All our readers are rigorously trained and monitored on an on going basis to ensure all of our readings are of the upmost quality. We pride ourselves on our reputation and offering you the best from the Psychic World, so you can rest assured that you are only going to receive the very best!

Am I going to get asked lots of questions by the reader?

A reader has to form a ‘link’ with you to be able to give you the best possible reading and this can only be done by the sound of your voice. We only believe in providing you with a quality reading and this may mean your reader has to establish if they are on the right track by requesting confirmation from you. Some types of reader do need to ask you questions, such as astrologers who will need to have information relating to your date of birth and so forth. None of our readers will need to ‘pry’ information out from you though, but the more open and willing to participate you are, the more you will gain from your reading.

Why do you record all of the calls?

In order for us to remain fully compliant with Phone Pay Plus regulations we must ensure that all of our calls are recorded. We also use the recordings to monitor the quality of readings we provide to ensure you are receiving a service we can be proud of!

Can I speak to someone if I need further advice?

Of course, you can call our Customer Service Department on 0871 471 1164. They are available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be happy to help you with any part of the service.

Is your credit card system secure?

Absolutely! We use the most reliable system here on the Psychic Zone, so rest assured your details are absolutely safe with us and will not be passed onto any third party.

Will you share my address or contact details with anyone?

Definitely not! We will only ever contact you ourselves and only regarding services similar to those you receive on the Psychic Zone. You can opt out of any of these services at any time.
